6 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION

This 6 week body transformation is aimed at people with low self confidence and motivation, people who are inexperienced in the gym and are sick and tired of feeling the same way day after day.

We have extremely limited spaces as we want this to be a very personal ‘one to one’ style programme as we think this will not only help you to achieve the best results but it will also give our coach the chance to give you all of the support and motivation you will need.

Included in this programme is a food diary & nutritional advice, 4 personalised training sessions per week, daily check-ins and support from your coach, 10 free swim/class’ card, Sports Centre water bottle, Sports centre bag & the chance to reach your goal weight in a sustainable and healthy way!

PLUS…the participant who has lost the most weight will win a free spa day for 2!!
