We are delighted to be able to offer a diverse range of classes to suit all levels of fitness. All classes are on a first come first served basis, with the exception of Indoor Cycling where bikes are booked weekly.

Body ConditioningBody Conditioning

This class provides low impact, strength and toning exercises, all over the body. Focused on ensuring you have fun, whilst conditioning and burning unwanted calories.

BootcampBootcamp

Your three times weekly beach body bootcamp. You don’t always need fancy equipment to get fit. Cardio, toning, strength? This one does all three.

BoxerciseBoxercise

This weekly class has become very popular with all age groups and abilities. It incorporates both an aerobic and anerobic workout and is ideal for all over body conditioning and fitness.

Flex-A-CiseFlex-a-cise

A low impact class designed to improve flexibility, ease muscle tension and reduce stress. Whether you play sport or prefer gentle exercise, all can benefit from this hourly session.

HIIT AbsHIIT Abs

If it’s high intensity you’re after and if it’s abs you’re looking for, then look no further than HIIT Abs. Every Wednesday evening, HIIT the next level with this time based training!

Indoor CyclingSpinning

Indoor cycling is a spinning style class suitable for any age or fitness level using stationary bikes with a fixed fly wheel in an instructor-led programme. A fantastic way to burn off those unwanted calories in a short sharp 45 minute class.

An intense 30 minute class, performing a variety of exercises using our Kettlebells. Designed to improve muscular endurance and tone your whole body.

LBTLBT

This class is ideal for those wanting a very specific focus of fitness and toning. Additional hand weights, body bars and resistance equipment is used to work and strengthen those all important areas.

Get on the road to recovery. This fun, sociable class aims to improve your range of movement, stability and strength and at a pace that suits you.

PilatesPilates

We have ‘Pilates Institute’ qualified instructors at the centre ready to teach beginners and improvers alike. Classes are usually in the mornings and the evenings throughout the week.

Run FitRun Fit

Whether you’re mad about running or just starting out, this is the perfect way to keep up the training whilst dodging the elements. It’s not your average run around the block and whether you’re the next Linford Christie or can’t resist a cornish pasty, you’ll be in good company.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or weekly gymmer. Get active and stay active with Senior Active. A weekly class to be taken at your own pace in a fun, sociable environment.

A challenging yet enjoyable class for both the recreational swimmer who wants to improve techniques, speed and endurance, and for the ‘Weekend Warrior’ who’s seeking improvement for triathlon or swimming competitions.

Teen FitTeen Fit

Every weekend we offer supervised gym sessions on all our cardio and resistance equipment. Just £1 per session, 11-16yrs. Your first steps into the world of gyms.

ZUMBA GOLD®

Tuesdays 09:20-10:20 and 10:25-11:25. The Zumba Gold program targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. With Debbie £5 per class, pay as you go.
