Personal Training sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute slots and take place either in the fitness suite, in a studio, on a track, or in the swimming pool.
An initial consultation is conducted within your first session, in order to define your goals and specific requirements.
Using a variety of tools from your own body to medicine balls, dumbbells and free weights, these sessions are both innovative and educational. You will finish each session encouraged in the knowledge you will be able to apply newly developed skills, to any sporting activity you undertake.
Sessions cost £30 an hour and can be arranged to fit in with your own commitments.
