Weight training doesn’t necessarily mean huge muscles. Bar-belles is a 6 week crash course designed to teach everything from correct technique to basic programme design. Course £24.
Want to swap fat for abs, build solid muscle and bolster your CV fitness? Insane circuits will leave you breathless and wanting more. £4.00 per class or FREE to Plat/Plat Plus members.
Come along to our fun 30 minute cycle sessions. Whether you want to get your heart racing or just want to come along for the ride. Each week a different route to a different soundtrack. £3.00 per class or FREE to Plat/Plat Plus members.
