We are delighted to be able to offer a diverse range of classes to suit all levels of fitness. All classes are on a first come first served basis, with the exception of Indoor Cycling where bikes are booked weekly.
This weekly class has become very popular with all age groups and abilities. It incorporates both an aerobic and anerobic
workout and is ideal for all over body conditioning and fitness.

Indoor cycling is a spinning style class suitable for any age or fitness level using stationary bikes with a fixed fly wheel in an instructor-led programme. A fantastic way to burn off those unwanted calories in a short sharp 45 minute class. See our timetable for a full list of times
Tuesdays 09:20-10:20 and 10:25-11:25. The Zumba Gold program targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. With Debbie £5 per class, pay as you go.
If you’re wanting to form sculpted Abs & gain core strength this is the class for you. Only 45 Minutes, its a great way to get you burning calories and working on your core muscles without spending hours in the gym!
Wednesdays 19.00 – 19.45
This vinyasa yoga class flows with the breath and you can expect to finish the class feeling strengthened and stretched from head to toe, revitalised and refreshed. Practicing yoga will increase your strength, flexibility and balance and trains your mind to stay calm. All abilities and levels of flexibility are welcome.

An intense 30 minute class, performing a variety of exercises using our Kettlebells.

With three STA/Water Fitness Aqua instructors in house, we offer Aqua Fit classes throughout the week, suitable for anybody who doesn’t mind getting a bit wet.

PILATES & EXPRESS PILATES
We have ‘Pilates Institute’ qualified instructors at the centre ready to teach beginners and improvers alike. Classes are usually in the mornings and the evenings throughout the week.

Whether you’re mad about running or just starting out, this is the perfect way to keep up the training whilst dodging the elements. It’s not your average run around the block and whether you’re the next Linford Christie or can’t resist a cornish pasty, you’ll be in good company.

A challenging yet enjoyable class for both the recreational swimmer who wants to improve techniques, speed and endurance, and for the ‘Weekend Warrior’ who’s seeking improvement for triathlon or swimming competitions.

(chi gong) A holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing,
